Very Good

The breakfast was amazing the snack upon arrival was amazing the staff was very friendly. The location and being able to walk around the corner for things was amazing. The only thing I would recommend is a 24hr mini bar with snack’s which customers can purchase snacks anytime during the day or night.

I would really like it if they could add an elevator one day in the future I could hear everyone moving their luggage dropping it on the stairs different times of the day.

Amazing location. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room clean and comfortable, but kind of hate those vintage style shower knobs :)

Breakfast is ordered the day before from a list of meals which is fine, but dont get why also for a certain time. Every breakfast came 15-25min after the time for which we ordered. The 25min late was the day we had trip planed for Don Inthanon, so had to rush and could not even enjoy it. And there was no one else that time at breakfast, only us.

Such a cozy hotel, very clean, good location, and the staffs are amazing, they’re the best! I can absolutely recommend!

Nothing major, just the bed is too hard and so as the pillows, otherwise it was perfect!

Impresses with their breakfast and services

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was great, despite not being a buffet. They are happy to pack your breakfast to go which is great for an early work day. Coffee at the hotel was good too!

The bathroom equipment is slightly run down, though still working well. No parking space in front of the hotel, which makes taxi drop off a slight challenge

The location and staff are excellent. The bed is comfortable. Food is great!

It's not a dislike but a personal preference. I prefer a larger bathroom and where the shower is separate from the toilet area. It's too easy to slip and fall. Plus, there is a huge wooden step that is hazardous every time you enter the bathroom. I would also prefer two key cards to charge devices if I leave the room.

Lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of old town Chiang Mai. Everything is a comfortable walk away. Staff was very accommodating with incredibly insightful recommendations for spots to check out.

Welcoming and very quiet. The staff were very helpful and it was handy to get coffee early before all the other cafes opened.

Everything in this hotel is wonderful! The clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, 12 kinds of handmade breakfast, convenience location(10mins to airport by taxi, 2mins to Wat Chedi Luang on foot) are all excellent with this price. And the most impressive are the friendly staffs!!(Greeting everyday and reminding us the temperature, helping us to bring back forgotten snack, carefully arranging the breakfast time and take out box for us if there was one day tour in early moring…etc), I really recommond this place to who wants a truly relaxing and enjoyable trip :)

Great location, and attention to detail given by Gade personally as well as her team. Gave excellent advice on what to do in ChiangMai and how can we forget the excellent pancakes as well as other breakfast dishes!!!! Highly recommended.

Clean, well appointed, and centrally located - would stay again!

Elliebum was the perfect place to stay. It is centrally located in the old town, quiet, and well appointed. The staff was sweet and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we were able to get it packed up to take with us in the morning. I would definitely stay again and recommend Elliebum to anyone traveling to Chiang Mai.
